and can be combined with all current national and regional incentives.

Participant Eligibility

To qualify for this special US Military MSIP program, participants must meet the following conditions:

• Active military members

• Reserve military members

• Military veterans

• Those in the Military that have been honorably discharged or are on disability

• Immediate family members of any of the above

military program

Required Documents at Time of Purchase:

• Valid driver's license or personal identification

• Copy of LES or documentation to verify

• Military status

• Copy of your printed MSIP claim ID

• Proof of insurance
